What to do with turkey broth?

  • Use it for casseroles. Mix stuffing and the meat together, pour over the broth and bake. Or you can even use chicken. Be creative.

  • Freeze it. Then use it in any recipe that calls for chicken broth. It will be rich and delicious!

  • You can make a gravy out of it, toss in a bag of frozen mixed veggies and some shredded up left over turkey meat...put it in th eoven until its hot...using bisquick mix (look on box for instructions for dumplings) and drop it on top of the hot mixture...put back in the oven for the time that it says on the bisquick box..and youve got yourself some homemade pot is sooooo super good!

  • Chop up some celery and carrots, add to broth and simmer for a couple of hours and add extra wide egg noodles cook til done and you have turkey noodle soup, yum serve with salad and hot rolls.

  • It freezes well and you can use it for soup, or to make mashed potatoes with, thicken it with cornstarch and make gravy with it.
