  • A full belly puts pressure on the diaphram. It's a sign that she is getting enough to eat and as my doc says, she is growing.
It doesn't hurt and it probably will be annoying at worst.

  • I'm not sure if it hurts him/her but I think it's a good thing. My little one gets them every day as well.

  • In utero babies practice sucking and breathing by moving amniotic fluid in and out of their esophagus and lungs. It's what happens when they are practicing sucking or breathing. It's a good sign that your baby gets them.
