  • My baby is 6 weeks old and we have the same issue. It was not until last week that we started to get more regular poops now she goes once or twice a day. Like everyone one has said they can go up to 5 days or so with out pooping. So as long as baby is happy, eating and peeing you are good.

  • Most babies will go 5-6 days without pooping. Since their food doesn't contain the fillers that adult food has, they have nothing to poop.

unless you notice lumps from impacted bowels in her abdomen, don't worry about it.

  • Don't worry. New babies can go a few days without. If she is eating and peeing you are okay. She will get a real hard belly and double up if she is constipated.
