What does humble mean to you?

A long time ago a lady told me I should be more humble....I don't get what she was talking about and why. She doesn't know me or my situation so I kinda took it as an insult.

IDk...but what does it mean to you? OR how would you react if someone told you that?

  • I would wonder if I was too full of my self. Someone that needs to be more humble thinks that they are all it. They usually do not consider others and their feelings. Look at yourself and see if you were or are that person.

  • Not bragging.
Not drawing attention to one's own actions.
Doing good deeds for the sake of helping others, rather than in hopes of being thanked or recognized.
Being a good listener to others, not interrupting to say your bit.
