  • SO & I both downloaded it in our laptops. It SUCKED!! We took it back out and re-installed IE8. That's just our exp. He has Vista, I have Windows7. It totally screwed with too many of our programs. And, everything is in a different place or missing altogether. I'm not saying it's not good for someone else. But, it certainly wasn't for us.

  • It SUCKS!! There are GAPING security holes in it that still are not fixed and with MAJOR Java problems and Java security holes in IE 9 you'll have virus after virus. Try GOOGLE Chrome. MUCH More stable, NO security holes and better virus protection built in. Google Chrome is FREE

  • IE Sucks in general. I didn't have a ton of luck with Chrome, either, but it was WAY better than IE is, was and ever will be. I'm a Firefox girl, though. Anything that has to do with Microsoft is generally a total POS (one of the many reasons I'm dual booted and use Ubuntu Linux as my OS).

  • It's an even bigger piece of trash than its predicessors. Slow, cumbersome, tedious and lacking in essential features.  Yep, it's a Microsoft product!  rolling eyes I have to use IE work, and all I can say is that I'm SO glad I have firefox at home.
