Lost and need advice

So my son is 8 months old he wears footie pjs to bed because of the AC when it does come on. I dont like putting a blanket in his crib because he puts it over his face and it freaks me out. He will start to growl when he does that is how I know so I have learned not too. When will I be able to give him a blanket to sleep with. I mean I dont think those footies keep him totally warm. I just dont want him to suffocate himself by accident. Anyone else have this problem and if so what did you do ? I have tried the sleep sacks and he gets really upset and he has never liked swaddling.

  • Put socks and a onsie under the footed jammies..I did that with dd when she was young bc our old apartment the ac seemed like it would stay on all night..even at a set temp.
