  • Alfredo. . . Love it and it is easy

    1cup of heavy cream
    1/4 cup real butter
    2/3 cup parm. Cheese

Melt butter, add cream, bring to boil and simmer for 5 min or till thick & bubbly, add parm cheese, remove from heat. Cook pasta (chicken, peas, mushrooms, or whatever else you want to add). Warm sause up Mix in pasta (and any toppings) & serve. Takes maybe 30 minutes.

  • Fake Lasagna

1lb Ground beef, 1 large can tomato sauce or jar of spaghetti sauce & equal amount of water, little diced onion, mushrooms(optional), 2 cups motz cheese, 1-2 cups cottage cheese, about 8oz of pasta (I like bowties), salt, pepper, garlic power . . .etc. to taste. Brown ground beef & drain. Add diced onion, tomato sauce, water, & seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add pasta and mushrooms cook till tender. Now you can serve and add Motz cheese to individual bowls or dump half the mixture in a 9x9 baking dish, cover with cottage cheese, add rest and cover with motz cheese. Bake in oven at 350 till hot & bubbly.

You can use ground chicken or ground turkey instead of ground beef

  • chicken & rice...take some frozen chicken breasts, cook them in oil, add a can of cream of mushroom soup & some water, cook till chicken is no longer pink. serve this over rice...my hubby goes crazy for it...in fact we ate it for dinner tonight haha. i also add oregano, garlic, & balsamic vinegar to it but it tastes good w/o it
