  • Another tip to add to the foil lined pan and cutting upside down is Cutting with a Pizza Cutter.... works great!

And I make brownies all the time in muffin tins.... but I sometimes cant let well enough alone and put a dab of cream cheese, peanut butter, cherry pie filling, mini candy bars, nuts, or marshmallows in the centers before baking. Yummo

  • You certainly can. But if you want a tip of cutting them evenly. Line the pan for brownies with aluminum foil, Make sure there's enough overhang to grip. Bake them, them holding on to the foil lift out of the pan. Turn upside down on a cutting board. Peel off foil. Let cool. Cut brownies while upside down. Then turn them right side up to arrange on a plate. Nice and even, not raggedy like before. The hardest part is letting them cool!

  • You sure can. They will bake a lot less longer than in a whole pan.
