Instant oatmeal in individual packets

does anyone else still feel hungry sometimes after eating one?! or am i just a cow? sometimes i'll make two and be unable to finish it, but one just does not do it for me. i don't add sugar to it because it already has sugar in it, and i use milk instead of water to make it richer and thicker.

  • I don't eat instant oatmeal, but my youngest, who is 2, eats one packet by herself, so I am sure it is reasonable to assume that an adult would need at least 2.

  • LOL..my loved oatmeal and has eaten 2 packets since he was 1. In fact, he loved it enough, I stopped buying packet and bought the dang canister. Seriously. At 15years old, I don't even buy oatmeal because there's no way to fill him up with it and not go broke.

We make it with milk as well. LOL
