  • No, but if you find white roses, you can put them in a vase with blue water (food coloring + water) and let them sit for about a day. The stems will carry the blue dye to the petals. It's really pretty too!

  • i have tried to google them nothing and the food color sounds cool might try that but i want ones to plant

  • How about this? http://gurneys.com/climbing-blue-angel-rose-/p/13446/   Yes, there is such a thing- they were introduced to the market in 2009 in Japan- they are a genetically modified rose, and may not be widely available yet, as they are just really getting going in Japan.
