    2 cans french diced green beans
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup whole milk cheddar cheese (optional)

    Mix the 1st 3 ingredients together in a casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top if you want it. Throw the french fried onions on top & bake it on 350 until it's bubbly. Good stuff...

  • I made these green bean bundles and absolutely loved them!! The sauce that goes over them is AMAZING!

    Ingredients

    * 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
    * 8 bacon strips, partially cooked
    * 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
    * 3 tablespoons butter, margarine or bacon drippings
    * 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    * 1 tablespoon sugar
    * 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. Cook the beans until crisp-tender. Wrap about 15 beans in each bacon strip; secure with a toothpick. Place on a foil-covered baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is done. In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add vinegar, sugar and salt; heat through. Remove bundles to a serving bowl or platter; pour sauce over and serve immediately.

  • We go green beans and potatoes.
    Peel and cut some red potatoes into bite size pieces. Snap the ends off your green beans and put in the same pot with water to boil. Cook until potatoes are done. (firm and not mushy)
    Drain water add some olive oil- mix add salt & pepper, mix and add some apple cider vinegar. Put in bowl and serve warm.

  • I cook my green beans in the crock pot with chicken broth, salt, pepper, onions, and potatoes. Every loves them. After they're done, you could always transport them in a large tupperware? They heat up pretty nicely in the microwave.
