PP is great advice.
If you are not getting enough sun, add vitamin D3. If you take a fish oil supplement, be sure it is purified (to avoid mercury contamination). You might also want to take some milk thistle (herb) to detox your blood. Sometimes heavy metal contamination (from many things in our modern environment) can cause fuzzy thinking.
Also, take a walk outside, sit on the grass, breathe the fresh air (assuming the grass hasn't been sprayed with pesticides and there isn't a lot of traffic - with its pollution - nearby).
Recent studies show that our constant exposure to electromagnetic fields (cell phones, TV, cordless phones....) can cause problems in our health, since our bodies function electrically (our nerves are like tiny little wires). Walking on the ground, can literally ground your body, to restore your electrical balance. (I know, it sounds kinda 'out there', but there is science behind it.)
