  • I agree with b12. You might want to get checked for anemia as well. Some iron can help with that.

  • B vitamins are a good start. If you get B12, be sure it is a form that bypasses the stomach so the stomach acid doesn't destroy it. All B vitamins work best when they are all present, so be sure you are getting enough of all the B's.

    Also, CoQ10 is great for boosting energy. Be careful with upping your iron. Have your blood tested first, to be sure you need extra before you take extra. Also be sure you are getting enough D3. This you can probably supplement without worrying about overdoing it. A little extra D3 and CoQ10 will make a change you can actually feel within a day or two. GL :-)
