More Recalls MOMS

More than 75,000 Arm's Reach Infant Co-Sleepers are recalled because they pose entrapment, strangulation and fall hazards. Babies can fall from the raised mattress into the loose material below or can become entrapped between the Co-Sleeper and the bed mattress. Ten incidents of babies falling from the Co-Sleeper have been reported. Arm's Reach Original Co-Sleeper models 8108, 8133, 8111, 8112 and 8199; and Arm's Reach Universal Co-Sleeper model 8311 are included in the recall. The model number is on a sticker on one of the legs. Stop using the Co-Sleeper and download new instructions to be sure you have installed the fabric liner properly. If you have lost or discarded the fabric liner, or any other pieces, call 800-954-9353 for an alternate fix.

About 29,000 Pampers Natural Stages pacifiers are recalled because they don't meet federal safety standards and could pose a choking hazard. The pacifiers are made of silicone and were available in yellow, pink and blue. They were sold in packages of two. The stage 1 pacifiers have an oval-shaped mouth guard and have Pampers molded into the handle side of the mouth guard. Stop using the pacifiers and call 800-447-1224 to receive a refund or coupon for a replacement purchase.

About 42,000 Infantino Troy the Activity Truck toys are recalled because the plastic beads on the bead runs can detach, posing a choking hazard. Two incidents of small children gagging on the detached beads have been reported, and 28 incidents of the beads detaching were reported. This recall covers toys sold in the U.S. and Canada. Model numbers 153-210, 206-110 or 506-110C are printed on the bottom of the toy. Call 888-808-3111 to receive a replacement toy.
