  • Here's my menu for 8 adults and 10 kids: (we go with fresher, lighter foods than at Thanksgiving/Christmas)

    Devilled Eggs
    Ham and cream cheese roll-ups

Brown sugar glazed ham (I have my own recipe for that)
    Grilled Tritip roast
    Standing rib roast

    Potato salad
    Green beans
    homemade rolls

jello poke cake (lemon flavored with cool whip topping and sliced strawberries on top)
    Chocolate chip cookies
    Coconut cream pie

To drink we are having rootbeer, orange soda, and kool aid as well as a red and a white wine and beer for the adults.

  • Ham, mashed potatoes, broccoli, salad, and a good Cabernet. No desserts, no appetizers. It's just the 3 of us. Other family members went to Hawaii- Celebrating with my brother's family tonight. We are going out!
