We were invited to hubs cousins home for Easter. I asked what I could bring and she said appetizers would be good.

Any ideas? I dont mind a bit of work for something fancy since that is all Im bringing.

  • Deviled eggs are always fitting for easter, or baguettes sliced thin with cheese spread and veggies (peppers, tomatoes, etc) on top.

  • Mini Crab cakes?

  • My favorite is to get some crescent rolls and pres two triangles together to make a rectangle. Then I like fresh spinach, sun dried tomato, turkey and swiss on it before rolling it up, seal the edge, and cutting it into swirls. bake at 350 for about 10-15 min depending on how much you fill and how big you cut them. They are pretty, fun and look like more work than they were.
