What can you put under a blow up pool to keep it from getting holes from weeds

every year we have to buy a new pool because the weeds grow and punture it not that they cost all that much but would like to have one last the summer so Im wondering if there is something I can put under the pool to protect it?

  • Sand. We always buy some sand and put it under. It also helps to keep it leveled.

  • i would think heavy duty sand the kind you put in sandboxes? that might help

  • We have one of those hard plastic ones like $30 for a semi big one at walmart in the garden section. Had it a few years now.

  • Put a tarp down then put sandbox sand evenly. Thats the way my friend does it and shes had her pool for 4 years now

  • If you do get a hole, you can go to the hardware store and buy "Waterbed repair patches" to fix it. You just clean around the hole, apply the patch (like a sticker) and give it a few hours to adhere properly before you refill it.
