When ever i excersize...

This is gross and wondering if there is a cure or if its normal?! but between my legs and my vagina i sweat like alot its so embarrasing but is it normal?! i dont feel it is!!

  • What do you wear when you work out? Maybe try to make sure you wear breathable fabrics.

  • well, it can collect there from your butt crack, lower back & upper legs.

    Try putting deodorant on your inner thighs & around that area avoiding the vagina, It will help some.

  • Don't use the deodorant! They can lead to yeast infections and other problems. That sweat is normal. Wear moisure wicking fabric panties. Check out running underwear at a local running shop or online.

  • the deodorant is to be used around your private areas NOT on them.. also I think black may attract heat so try wearing a lighter color shorts and maybe just shower after exercise if possible..
