  • i did not have my period for the whole two years i was breastfeeding. After i weened her, i got my period about 6 months later.

  • Mine came back when DS was 10 or 11 mos, I don't remember exactly, but I continued to breastfeed till 18 mos

  • Mine came back 5.5 weeks after birth. My post partum bleeding only lasted for about 12 days, then I spotted for a few days, then nothing until 5.5 weeks PP. That didn't effect my supply, but the Mirena dried my milk up (got it at the end of my second PP period) within a couple of weeks.

  • at 7 months! i EP so i chart how much i pump per day and i did notice while i was on my period that i made 2oz less a day! but it came right back after i was done!

  • At 6 weeks, I started my normal cycling with both of my breastfeeding kids. It didn't effect my milk supply at all, although, I would have loved to have more of a break!

  • 8 months and 11 months. A temporary drop in supply each month when it started, just a little extra nursing to keep up!
