What can I make with them?

  • They are good fried, too. Melt some butter in a skillet, add your sliced apples, cover and simmer until they begin to soften. Then sprinkle with sugar to taste and let them finish cooking. Yummy with cornbread and butter.

  • Apples, celery, raisins, pineapple and mayo or miracle whip (can't remember which) salad. It is delicious.

    I LOVE these and they're super simple to make. Especially good with vanilla ice cream on the side.
