How do I get my twin boys to sleep better??

they sleep horribly at night! Lately it's they wake up every hour to hour and a half! They have slept all night three nights before but now they won't. I put them down between 9 and 10 and sure enough 11:45 they're up crying. Does anyone have tips for getting them to sleep better if not all night?

  • I don't know whether or not you're bf or formula feeding or what but my thought is they may be hungry. Have you thought about giving some fruit or something before you put them down for the maybe a half hour before.

  • Maybe put them down earlier? They could be overtired. Do you have a bedtime routine?

  • I put them to bed earlier the past three days and it has gotten a ton better!! Last night was the best they went down about 820 then up a 12 for food then up at 2 for a little bottle then up at 6 for bottle again and they didn't want to play until like 745!
