Any mom would know exactly what I mean when you hear the words "muffin" top, and that it is the not the most pleasant thing to have for months and months after youve finished healing and finally have the nack of motherhood. You would also know that as a mom, there is very little time to work on yourself and when you find the time, you barely have the energy. So, for those moms who are not so new or have masterd the art of time management and still manage to have the energy, how do you do it? Do any of you have some advise on how to shed some pounds off the hips and belly while remaining healthy?Answer Question
