Sleep with someone who snores very loud and they wake you up? What do you do?

I would wake my bf up. He will literally fuss at me for waking him up, and tell me he is not snoring, turns over and go right back to sleep. In the mean time I am wide awake listening to him. god help me. no he does not have the sleep disorder, he is just so loud. I felt like smothering some nights.

  • I have extra pillows on our bed and I literally put one over his face or push one against him. Or I do like the previous poster and push him so he rolls over and of course he will roll back and start again. It really helps to have a pillow between us.

  • I wake my boyfriend up, push him, tell him he's snoring and he stops for a millisecond before starting back up again. It gets so annoying! LOL

  • If mine changes positions sometimes he stops so I poke him say ROLL OVER and I try to go back to sleep or I do as others have said i'll throw a pillow on his head but my best advice is if you don't have an infant you have to be listening for at night id invest in some ear plugs lol

  • I normally tap my SO just a enough until he moves, but doesn't fully wake up. If its REALLY bad like the worst and I can't handle it, I say his name & tell him he's snoring super loud. lol He says he's sorry, cuddles with me & ends up snoring even louder in my ear. LOL Its a never ending cycle! lol BUT I can say he does it to me when I have a bad cold, my allergies are acting up or my asthma is flaring up! lol

  • My x left me bc of my snoring. Turns out I have sleep apnea and needed a C-pap machine to help me breath. See if he will get tested.
