  • I don't think you can just walk in and say I want a C (cesarean) Section unless there is a medical reason you cannot have a vaginal delivery.

  • No. Doctors and other health care professionals do not do unnecessary c-sections as they are dangerous.

  • I don't think so. There has to be a medical reason.

  • The dr. will decide if and when you need a c-section.

  • Most doctors do not allow you to 'pick' unless you have had a previous c-section OR they feel there is a valid reason.

  • Most doctors will NOT allow you to just pick and if a doctor DOES let you choose an unneccessary C section then you should be leary of that doctors care since they are willing to take unnecessary risks to your health!!!!

And just my opinion but if you CANNOT spell C Section then you OBVIOUSLY have NOT done enough research on the subject to make making that decision yourself!

Do not place yourself and your unborn baby at risk just because you THINK MAJOR SURGERY will be better than a vaginal birth!

  • Talk to your doctor to learn more about the process of C-section and see if you really do still want one. Some (not many) doctors will let you decide. Good luck (c:
