What are some good second trimester exercises or activities I should be doing?

Now that the weather is finally getting better and I'm not feeling totally awlful...I would really like to get active for the baby and I. Are there any things I should and can be doing to keep my blood flowing and healthy?

  • walking, swimming.. past that you might wish to check with your doctor for your person exercise okay's.

  • I would ask the dr first. Im 22 weeks and i do alot of walking. look into pregnancy yoga
