How have you modified your workouts during pregnancy?

  • I didn't really. I ran 4 miles a day till I was about 6 mos and the ligament pain got to be too much

  • yeah its non-existent now and I hate it...i feel so ugly. I'm going to start working out again tomorrow!

  • I don't do as much with the weight machines but I still do 30-45 min. of cardio at least 3 times a week.

  • Well i didnt really work out at all before pregnancy lol so I'm trying to walk everyday for at least 30 minutes
