Ground turkey....

I need some new ideas for dinner. I took out some ground turkey, but I'm sick of the same things over and over again..... We do a lot of spaghetti, sloppy joes, BBQ meatballs, turkey burgers, tacos, and shepherds pie. Any other ideas on what I can make?? I need some new, easy recipes to put into rotation :)

  • sounds weird but really good. add ground turkey to mashed pts and add a can of creamed corn and then put all in oven and top with cheese. Really good. As can add to mac and cheese with peas and carrots, can put on pizza, hamburger helper,I do a recipe with a little mayo and cream of chicken soup and add to cooked egg noodles along with peas and carrots and then put in oven with cheese to melt over the top.

  • Lettuce Wraps(my kids love these)

Head or 2 of bib lettuce

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1/2 onion finely minced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 1/2 lb ground turkey

    1/2 cup chicken broth

    2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

    2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

    1 cup bean sprouts

    2 carrots, shredded

24 butter or bib lettuce leaves

    Soy sauce for side

Heat oil and onion until softened, about 3 minutes. A dd garlic, saute 1 minute.  Stir in turkey and cook, stirring until almost cooked through, about 5 minutes.  Add broth and hoisin sauce.  Cook, stirring and breaking up clumps of turkey, until turkey is cooked through.  Remove from heat and stir in teriyaki sauce, bean sprouts and carrots.

Spoon about 1/4 cup filling into center of each lettuce leave.  Serve w/soy sauce and halved grape tomatoes

  • I do not use ground turkey. We use a lot of ground venison. I guess you could make a turkey tetrazinni or something with it. or a noodle bake?
