  • i was constipated last week i weighed 130. ate a ton of fiber and now im 127. so i think fiber helps

  • According to Jorge Cruise's new book yes. Fiber pushes out what's stuck.

  • Yes! If your bowels are full of CRAP, it shows in your abdominal region. But I agree with Calliesmommie... flatter and tighter are not the same. If you want tighter, change your diet and exercise, exercise, exercise!
