whats the best position to concieve. we try all the time but i always have my period when expected.what should i do without seeing a docter

  • Position really isn't that important.

    Try charting. It may be as simple as you not having sex at the right time during the month. Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler is a great book. And most doctors will tell you that if your cycle is regular, you are ovulating so they will recommend that you chart for at least 6 months before giving medications.
    The only other thing to do is check sperm count.

  • there are great websites for helping find the time youre It isnt about how often you are trying... it is about timing it right during your cycle... not your position you are having sex in. Everyone's body is different.. when you figure out when you're ovulating, then make sure you do it then...and pick your postion just based on fun!!!. LOL..
