  • yes you are burning extra calories and building muscle mass witch burns more calories than fat

  • Doing push ups will help you build/tone your arms, chest and back. they are not generally for losing weight

  • working up a sweat with cardio will help you loose weight. running for about 30 or 45 minutes will burn a ton more calories than doing push ups. resistance work like that will mostly bulk up your muscles instead of making you leaner

  • thanks girls now is this right that you need to build muscle to burn fat.. so i thought if i have more muscle it will then be easier to loose the fat.?
