Feeling crampy and have nausea, and am supposed to be ovulating?

Is this normal?

  • Ovulation occurs 14 days before and period of 14 after the first day of your last period. You wouldn't feel crampy due to that. if your wondering if your pregnant...Are your breast tender? Are you late?

  • you can have cramps from ovulation. It can be the ovary releasing the egg. Have you taken an opk?

  • I get naseaus around the time I ovulate. It is a secondary fertility signal for me.
