What are some bad habbits you really wish you quit but just cant seem to give up?

Mine is overeating and nail biting! I'll stop there!:)

    it's harder to quit than smoking! you can't just not buy a pack of fingers! LOL

  • Drinking soda, I can easily go thru a 12 pack of Coke a week. Very bad.

  • Diet soda, except I drink much more than a 12 pack a week if I allow myself. A cube lasts me about 8 days. I'm trying to cut down slowly, although I have no plans of cutting it out entirely.

  • Smoking is pretty nasty, although I've cut down significantly. I eat too much junk, and not enough meals ...and I talk about people too much!

  • Soda, I can do good through out the week, have that with drawing headache Mon and Tues but the weeks, while at home. I really do crave soda.
    Other then that - to stop eating too much and stick to a good / healthy diet..

  • I like to chew the sugar out of gum and then throw it out. I can do a whole pack like that.
