Freezing baby food

I am making my own baby food... it was my first time last night. Well, I made Sweet Potatoes, Carrots and Prunes. I had to work hard to get the taters out, even HARDER for the prunes, but the carrots just broke off just like the ice cubes do (exactly how it should have) Any ideas on why the taters and prunes froze different? Maybe I didnt use enough water? I dont know.

  • I would think that's probably right- more water maybe? But IDK, I never froze it.

  • I never had any trouble getting the sweet potatoes or carrots out. Maybe it was the water content. I never did prunes.
