  • My kids range in age from 10 down to 3 mos. and they all go to bed by 8 on school nights even if they watch a movie/show while in bed it gives them time to wind down and the older ones all take their shower before bed it seems to help

  • My older 4 kids are 10, 9, 8 and 5 and bedtime on school nights is 8pm. It was 7pm last year for everyone except the 2nd kid (who as 8 then). On weekends, holidays and summers they stay up to 9-10pm depending on how they are behaving and what they are doing (in the summer they usually don't come inside from playing until 9pm when it's finally dark). The youngest is 9 months old and he doesn't have a bedtime. He goes to sleep whenever he's tired throughout the day. Usually he falls asleep for the night between 9-10pm.
