  • the pressure on the cervix of being upright can help contractions to continue. sex is the best to soften the cervix cuz semen has prostaglandins and thats what softens it.

  • If you aren't walking enough to be exhausted, then it can't hurt. It might help and it might just get your mind off of things for a bit.
