Do you wash your hair?

every day; every other day or what? I wash mine every other day only because we have hard water and it dries it out too much otherwise

  • It depends. If I've been sweating a lot, I wash daily, but if not, I can go up to like 3 or 4 days sometimes (I use dry shampoo some, too). I usually wash every other to every two days, though.

  • I wash it every other day. Sometimes every 2 days. GASP!

When you wash your hair, you're also washing away essential oils that make your hair healthy & shiny.

  • Every 3rd day, it is soooo bad to wash your hair every day. One of two things will happen- you either strip your hair of necessary moisture (is the case with curly or coarse textured hair), or your scalp becomes excessively oily to counter the constant unnecessary removal of oils (which is the case with thin or fine hair).

  • I know this might sound gross but I wash my hair maybe twice a week. It's not very hot here and I don't do a lot of sports so my hair doesn't get sweaty or smelly. I takes baths every night and wash my body (and take a time-out from my babies.haha) but my hair gets dry and brittle if I wash it everyday, or even every second day.

  • usually every day in the summertime, because i'm outside everyday, and it gets nasty sweaty. (sports, gardening, etc.)
    winter, every other day.

  • Usually every other day, depending on work. I'm lucky enough to have hair that doesn't start to look oily/dirty until a couple days later - if I have a few days off and I'm mostly just at home, sometimes it can look clean for three full days - though I'll shower anyway if it's been that long. Ha ha
