What do you do with all of your excess plastic Easter eggs?

Even though I got rid of a lot of our eggs two years ago, we now have an insane amount again. I threw out all the broken and mismatched eggs but it seems like a waste to throw out the good ones. Any creative ideas?

  • yeah i always save them for next easter. Also i have four kids and every year the school needs eggs for their party so i use those and put little goodies in them for their parties. If you don't have school age children you could always donate them to the local school.

  • We save ours each year. We also have some upstairs for bath toys. My son has a little strainer and can try to catch the eggs with it when he is taking a bath.

  • I put them in a big bag and fill them again next year! I have so many because every year I buy 1 or 2 packs. Every year we have a huge egg hunt with my nieces.

  • That's the thing, we do save them for next year but we have an exces above the amount that we will save for next year. I have an Easter box and I can't fit all of my Easter stuff in there because of the eggs. I need to get rid of about 50 eggs.
