  • I mean that most states don't have custody arrangements for grandparents,, unless she is abusing him or something, a Court would most likely deny you visitation rights. You could try and work things out with your daughter, but other than that if you try to "sneak" see him she could put a restraining order against you.

  • 14 is not considered an adult. When he is 18 then he could do as he pleases without his mothers permission.

  • Ummm yeah anonymous she does have grandparents rights. You might need to talk to a lawyer though. If he wants to see you he should be able to. Despite what some are saying you do have legal rights in the matter. You need to use them.
