over time so much verbal (not violent, just mean) damage is irreversible???

  •      Emotional abuse is just as damaging to our psyche as is physical & sometimes even more so!  Physical abuse heals on its own, many times without leaving scars behind, but the emotional trauma can follow us the rest of our lives; leading to many yrs. of counseling, therapy, medication & if severe enough, hospitalization over extended & repeated stays..........

         If you have been traumatized by someone or something, as have I, I suggest you get help asap, dear!
