Did you eat well, or have a craptastic dietary day?

I'm gonna go backwards. Right now I'm in the middle of 2 Tony's pouches - ham & cheese. Sodium galore but oh so d*** good. Also working on one of those giant Reese's Easter eggs - the ones that weigh like half a pound each. And 3 mini cucumbers with a little ranch.

My afternoon snack wasn't bad, most of an apple that tasted pretty blah.

Lunch...was...oh, leftover mac & cheese stuff with tuna. White pasta, processed jarred cheese sauce. Very tasty. I think DH may have added some extra butter to it too when he made it, it's kind of oily.

Breakfast was a measly mug of instant cappuccino stuff.

I did drink plenty of water today too.

  • Kashi cereal and fat free yogurt, apple with pb, turkey with lettuce and fat free cheese on a whole grain tortilla, carrots with ranch dressing, chili cheese dog with a dozen tater tots and I drank enough water to float a boat. I think I did pretty good until dinner.

  • I had a CRAPTASTIC day, lol.....but actually, that's most days for breakfast was 2 waffles, lunch was a bagel with butter, dinner was McDonald's (Big Mac, med. fries, 10 nuggets), and for my dessert an hour ago, a big piece of cheesecake!!! I'll be dead by 40, I'm sure.....Oh, my fluids were 2 sodas, and I drink ice tea (no water).......

    P.S. - I'm a 5'7", 135 lb. 38 year-old, lol...........

  • I had some berries for breakfast, a 6' turkey sub from Subway for lunch, some more berries as a snack, then for dinner we had "breakfast foods", which included eggs, "lower fat" sausage, oranges, and whole wheat toast. So, overall it wasn't bad.

  • I'm 9 months prego so I'm not dieting at the moment. I had a bagel sandwich for breakfast, popcorn for a snack, nothing for lunch, & pasta & a philly cheese steak sandwich for dinner, and then another yogurt for a nighttime snack.

  • I had a bowl of oatmeal and a banana for breakfast, mid morning snack I had a glass of green bean juice, and lunch I don't think that I ate anything.

  • So far today I've had Cheerios for breakfast and a PB&J sandwich on 35 calorie whole wheat bread plus a few animal crackers. I usually have a salad but I am out of chicken and won't eat it without it.

  • i had a sausage sandwich for breakfast, a spicy chicken sandwich for lunch havent had dinner yet but we are having pot roast with mashed potatoes and green beans. i drank like 4 bottles of water today as well, being prego makes you thirstylol
