Why do we sweat?

I mean when we workout I guess the more you sweat the better...right?
The other day I ran 2 miles and I was pouring in sweat and felt so I am going to keep doing it bc it feels goods so the ore we sweat is that a good thing?

  • Air conditioning.   It's our body's way of cooling itself.

  • Sweating is a way to help regulate the bodies temperature and to get rid of toxins in the body. It's more like the more you work out, the hotter your body gets, the more your core temperature raises and the more your body stops that. It also gets rid of extra water.. Hence why they say DRINK WATER! lol. Anyway, if you have any more questions regarding this, I am more than happy to help!
