Why is it every time I make enchiladas they come out soggy and messy when I serve?

How can I make them come out whole and served neatly?
Thanks!

  • Depends on what you are doing. I make a thick colorado sauce and fry the tortilla a little bit be for I deep it in the sauce and put the chicken on it. May be try a thicker sauce. Also serve them quickly would probably help.

  • Maybe your sauce is too thin. Do you soften up the tortillas before rolling them? BC if they are breaking then thats why.
