  • I also make deviled eggs, or baked eggs (Paula Deens recipe at foodnetwork). My boys are in college too, but we still do eggs, in fact this year we had an egg decorating contest, and had a great time!

  • I do deviled eggs with some, but my kids love them peeled and whole. Easy enough. LOL. If there are any leftovers, I will slice one up on my salad sometimes.

  • Peel and eat with a bit of salt before each bite. I don't like the look of dyed egg whites mixed all together.

  • Egg salad, or just eat them with salt.

  • On Easter we either made deviled eggs or put them in Potato Salad ! You could also make egg salad sandwiches or put them in a regular salad. :)

  • I throw mine out because after we decorate them we use them as a centerpiece on Easter, so that means by the end of the celebration, they have been out from early morning to evening. But they sure make a pretty centerpiece!
