  • Yep, as long as you're able to ovulate you can get pregnant. This is one reason many women assume breastfeeding is birth control because it causes them to not menstruate - and then they wind up pregnant.

  • Yes. I have irregular periods and with both of my kids I got pregnant without a period.

  • Yes, but it is less likely and makes timing pretty difficult. If you are trying to conceive and aren't having regular periods you should talk to your doctor sooner rather than later.
