Cook up the bones, strain, refrigerate, remove fat. Or use purchased stock or broth. Add the turkey and whatever vegetables you have in the refrigerator- onion, celery, carrots, potatoes. Add tomatoes if desired or canned vegetables if you like. You can add rice or noodles. I have added leftover stuffing and it tasted fine.
