Ron Paul Announces Presidential Exploratory

Anyone a fan? He had a decent following really. Do you think he will appeal to more this time if he runs due to the huge financial mess we are in? He is a great financial conservative.

  • Likely, no- Pushing everything on the states, citing the COTUS seems a bit like passing the buck. It just isn't that easy, IMO. I agree with many of his fiscal ideals, but disagree with some of his opinions RE social issues. I also have concerns over his advanced age- I doubt he could get elected in this country.

  • Did you say that Jesse Jackson has 'wild racial views' when he ran, sweet?

I don't know much about Ron Paul or his political views. I will do some research and see what I think then.

  • My first choice is Ron Paul, my second is Gary Johnson ... my hope is too see a Paul/Johnson or Johnson/Paul ticket take on Obama directly.
