  • cut potato in 1/4 inch think slices and line the bottom and sides of a baking pan. pour ground beef and a can 'shroom soup and half a can of milk with about 1/4 cup of onions over the top then crush up some chips and put that on top. Cook about 45 mins at 350 with foil over it and the last 5 or so put some grated cheese over that and take the foil off. It's actually pretty darn good!

  • Easy Hamburger Casserole

1 lb extra lean ground beef (or brown ground beef or turkey and drain fat)
    1 small chopped onion
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cheese soup
    1 (16oz) pkg tater tots

Heat oven to 375°. Mix beef, onion, salt, and pepper in ungreased 2 qt casserole. Arrange vegetables on meat. Pour soup over, cover with tater tots. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown.

  • You can do hamburger casserole if you have fries or tater tots? All you do is brown the meat, then put the tots on top along with a can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup. Cook about 35 min or so on 375, then add shredded cheese to the top as well and salt and peper.

  • This is almost the same as hamburger casserole:
    Tater-tot casserole
    -Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Mix a can of green beans, a can of cream of mushroom soup and a pound of ground hamburger with some chopped onions in it in a roasting tray or baking dish
-Add about 10 good "shakes" worcestershire sauce and pepper generously
-Put a layer of sliced velveeta over the top of the mixture
-Lightly brown frozen tater-tots in the meantime (you want to put those in the oven before you even start making the mixture)
-Layer lightly browned tots on top of velveeta
-Put it all in the oven and bake for 20 minutes! Voila! Serve with cottage cheese. This is a good one for kids and babies, too. Has everything in it.

  • Hamburger gravy and mashed potatoes. That is how midwestern I Just brown your hamburger, add flour and onion soup mix to and add milk to make your gravy...then use it to top mashed potatoes. Now I want some...I haven't had it in a few months!

  • try this: Mexican Hash--- two pounds hamberger-- chili beansmexican style--- one chopped onion--- one bell pepper--- one can chopped tomato---- one can hot or mild enchilada sauce---half a bag of shredded cheese chedder works good---- ground hamberger to brown , then add beans and everything but the cheese together. in a big oven dish crush cheese tortilla chips like doritos on the bottom then add the stuff. on top of that add the shredded cheese. bake at 350 until cheese is melted. it is really good. my grandma taught me how to make this.

  • Pin wheel noodles, sloppy joe mix, and 1lb hamburger. Add some of your favorite spices.
Ground hamburger, boil noodles add sloppy joe sauce and you have a simple lunch or dinner for the family. My kids love the wheels!!!
