What vegetable are you having with dinner today?

simple smileI have my meal planned out...but can't think what vegetable I should make with it.So just wondering what you ladies are making so I can copy you, LOL.

  • Dunno... 2/3 of our diet consists of veggies. Hmm... maybe I should think about supper? lol

    My kids LOVE squash any way you can serve it (hard squash, and summer), asparagus, beets, roasted brussels sprouts, spinach, and leafy green, and celery in particular.
