    This is what I got from my doctor, its an approved medications list during pregnancy :) Hope you feel better soon!

  • My doc said claritan allegra or anything like sudafed (although sudafed only helps symptoms not the probs)

  • If you are reluctant to use drugs during your pregnancy (as I was), you could use a nasal rinse (like a neti pot) to rinse warm salt water through your sinuses. Whether you choose to take meds or not, the rinse removes pollen/allergens from your sinuses. It really helps a lot, and once you get past the idea that you are pouring water into your nose, it's really very soothing. GL :-)
