  • There is no greater purpose to our existence.

  • That question may never have an answer...maybe there is no answer and then again, maybe it does. No man on earth knows those answers, many think they know and many hope they know and some don't really think it's important to know.

  • We were created by God for Gods glory.

  • I believe we are here to learn to love each other, to see how connected we are to each other and to God.

  • I don't know, or care. Why does man need special purpose for their existence?

  • CallMeAngie

Why can't we know the answer?

Can you give yourself purpose in a purposeless existence?

  • i don't think it really matters "why" all that matters is that we are here and should make the most of it. don't just be alive, live

  • I don't know.

Answer by Dr.Donna at 3:38 PM on Apr. 27, 2011

  • Why doesn't it matter? If we have purpose, shouldn't we fulfill it? If we don't, why does mankind constantly seek out purpose for their life? If purposefulness doesn't exist, then how can we purpose ourselves for good (or evil?)

  • I believe every man and woman here has a purpose, some find it and some spend their life trying to, either way we are here for a short time. A lot of us fulfil our purpose without even realizing we did, always expecting something more.
